There have been a bunch of bug-fixes and some of the cleanup involved
has fixed bits of code that were broken.

I also created a pyblcmd and moved most of the command-line
functionality to that.  I added a "render-one" kind of function which
lets you render a page from your site from the command line and it
gets piped to stdout.  This will likely help testing a bunch, but
might help other things, too.

Mostly I just want to draw a line in the sand and move forward rather
than sit on all the changes ad infinitum.  Sure, this isn't a
feature-oriented release, but I think there's been enough time and
changes to warrant a new release.  However, that's just what I'm
thinking which is why I figured I'd ping the list to see what other
people were thinking.

This is useful to know.  I figure the more people that are running svn
trunk, the more likely it is that there aren't any major issues
floating around.  Until we flesh out the unit and regression testing,
we're still doing most of our testing by anecdotal-testing methods.
