as for the default flavour, we tend to expect that users who adopt pyblosxom 
will eventually use another flavour, or at least customize the default to 
their liking. so, we want it to be functional, but we don't worry too much 
about styling it.

having said that, i can't promise anything, but we could definitely reconsider 
and spruce up the default a bit.
