wiki and 2.0 planning

I finally got around to installing MediaWiki on SF. I have problems
with it--seems that the SF web-servers don't always execute PHP files
and sometimes I get back nothing or the actual PHP file. I'm kind of
guessing as to what's going on--no clue how to fix it yet.

Anyhow, I've moved 2.0 specifications to our MediaWiki instance. This
does two things for us:

1. allows more people to participate in 2.0 specification and planning
(which is _hugely_ useful and important for 2.0 development)

2. allows us to test out MediaWiki, figure out what issues there are,
fix them, and generally prepare the wiki for more user-oriented things
down the line (or discover that it sucks, scrap it, and look for other
solutions)

I encourage you all to look at what's there, fix it, edit it, add to it,
fix formatting, fix examples, ...

Please use the discussion pages rather than adding discussion-related
notes to the text itself. If you could create a user account and sign
in, that makes it easier to talk about who made which changes and why.

Also, a bunch of us are hanging out on #pyblosxom on irc.freenode.net.
Feel free to hop on, ask questions, and/or discuss how some of the ideas
in the specifications affect you, your plugins, or your setup.
