I looked at the Semantic MediaWiki site for a while to figure out 
whether the MediaWiki instance we've got on SF meets the requirements. 
I'm pretty sure it doesn't.  SourceForge PHP is in the 4.x series still 
which required me to install MediaWiki 1.6.10.

So ...  until SourceForge updates their stuff or we move the site to 
some other server, I don't think we can install Semantic Mediawiki. 
It's kind of a shame, actually, since Semantic Mediawiki looks really nice.
