How about this? For the pyblosxom-web repo:

    Source files for the PyBlosxom website at pyblosxom.bluesock.org.

    The 'pyblosxom-web' repository is _solely_ for generating the PyBlosxom
    website. For example, although the website contains a copy of the
    PyBlosxom documentation this repository is not the authoritative source
    for the PyBlosxom docs, they get copied into this repository from the
    'pyblosxom' repository when the website gets updated.

and for the pyblosxom repo:

    The official central source for PyBlosxom, including the PyBlosxom
    source code, documentation and core plugins.

I avoided calling it the source for 'all things pyblosxom' because it
doesn't contain the website or the contributed plugins.

The contributed plugins repo could do with a longer description too, but
I can't remember exactly what was decided about it. Something along the
lines of 'a collection of third party contributed plugins hosted here
but not necessarily maintained by the core pyblosxom developers'.
