No--flavours are still located in the datadir.

Yeah, that's kind of an interesting idea.  Though it'd be difficult to 
implement the flavour overriding by category that we have currently.

I can toss it on the list of things to think about though.

Hrm.  I think there are other factors involved.  It'd be interesting to 
quantify how many people were interested in making flavour packs and then 
didn't do so because it was too difficult.

Well, your guestimate is as good as mine.  Even so, 182 is more than 12 
dozen, so I think "dozens" isn't as off-base as you seem to be implying.
