PyBlosxom 1.2 released

I just released PyBlosxom 1.2.  It's got a series of bug fixes, a few 
optimizations, some minor architectural changes, and some big 
architectural changes related to the work Steven Armstrong has done to get 
PyBlosxom to work nicely with mod_python, Twisted, and WSGI.

We've done a lot of work to overhaul the manual to include better coverage 
of PyBlosxom installation, configuration, and also to cover flavours, 
templates, and plugins.  There's still a lot of content to cover, but 
we're getting there slowly but surely.
