What seems to be your problem, is it that you're not sure what xmlrpc is
for? Anyway, see below for (a little bit) more information.

Ah, that must the from one of the example flavours. The story.html
assumes that you might have the Standalone Trackback Tool that's
available from the people who gives you Movable Type. If you're not
using any of it, you can delete off the whole RDF block and the
trackback link.

Pyblosxom provides the xmlrpc.cgi which is an optional utility that
enables the xmlrpc server to work. One of it's main use is the
bloggerAPI and pingbacks (yeah, another of those *backs you hear about
in the blogging world). If you don't need xmlrpc access (most of us
don't) that you can just ignore the XMLRPC portion of pyblosxom.

Saw that, and read that you want to so static rendering, unfortunately
pyblosxom does not support that yet.
