See if http://roughingit.subtlehints.net/pyblosxom/weblogs/tools/tutorial/weblog-add.html can help. I believe that the weblog-add program needs main blog directory that you configured in weblog-add.py to have subdirectories. You did edit weblog-add.py right? > And when I tried to post it said that there was an error: no category > none. When I go to http://living.mine.nu/ all I get is the code in the > file "blog". Could you help. One thing about Macs is that Apple thinks that they know better, and fruit cakes^H^H^H^H^H loving people (Apple users) would probably not need to know about things like .htaccess files, so they disabled it by default :) I mean, you should need to run executables in the htdocs right? Anyway, see http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2002/01/29/apache_macosx_four.html?page=2 Anyway, frui^H^H^H^H Mac OS X users like Francois Granger, a resident pyblosxom user, and all round good guy :) may help you in your quest to get pyblosxom running (and probably turn it into a faq of some sort). You can start by looking at his pyblosxom page @ http://fgranger.net1.nerim.net:8000/cgi-bin/pyblosxom.cgi/computers/PyBlosxom and/or mail him. I beleive he can do a better job. Usually your problem can be solve by knowing apache a bit more, but I do not have a Mac to help you with what Apple does by default. -- Regards: Wari Wahab Senior R&D Engineer Celestix Networks http://www.celestix.com/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: eBay Get office equipment for less on eBay! http://adfarm.mediaplex.com/ad/ck/711-11697-6916-5
