I thought it was meant to deal with a timestamp anywhere in the
filename, beginning, middle or end. It says:

"If a filename contains a timestamp in the form of  YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm,
change the mtime to be the timestamp instead of the one kept by the
filesystem."

But I guess the actual intention could have been as you say. Then is my change an improvement? Now it will work for either, yes?
