Timezone offset

Hi guys, I've just finished installing pyblosxom and already bumped
into the first problem. I'm writing from a different time zone than my
server's (GMT-3, the server is two hours behind.) Is there a way to
offset the timezone, a plug-in perhaps? Thanks beforehand, and nice
meeting you all.
