So if I have my pyblosxom files in /home/chris/webdev then I need to
put a .htaccess file (or use a <Directory>) that's in /home/chris/webdev?

I thought I'd tried that but I'll try harder!  :-)

Even so how do I apply an AddCharset directive?  What suffix do I use?
.py possibly?
