I just spotted the configuration option to change that. I'm not sure why 
anyone would want to start at zero. I would default it to starting at 1. 
Also, the link style seems to default to style 1, not zero as documented.

I've just installed a couple more of your plugins. The recent items one is 
very useful. My email notification of comments doesn't always work and that 
alerted me to some new comments. I'm also trying the plugins list. Should I 
be hiding that I am using Akismet or other plugins? Could that possibly be of 
help to spammers or hackers?
