My take on it is say you have a category called motorcycle and you
post about your trip to NoWhereVille in NoWhereLand. You might wish to
also tag it with 'travel' 'pissup' 'adventure' etc. to facilitate
visitors finding out about your other travels and booze filled
rendezvous with the milk maids of <insert country here>

Tags give you some more flexibility >:)
