I can't really help you with the unicode errors though, but Ted may help, You could probably attach your head.html and let one of the developers disect the unicode problems. I suspect the text: Vous êtes ici or Catégories is the show stopper, but maybe not. Ted, for your info, it happened on my site as well on the 'ç' character.
