One of the changes in 1.0 is a change in the way that these kinds of 
plugins are
handled.  The new handle callback allows you insert handlers that can 
intercept
URI processing before it gets to the pyblosxom "core".

If you move trackback.py to your plugins dir, that should take care of 
things.
