Titles of individual pages

Hi folks,

Will mentions a title plugin here:

http://www.bluesock.org/~willg/blog/plugin_info/title.html

But I think it does something different, since his permalinked pages
are showing the default, which is the path from the root dir up to and
including the file name ("Will's blog : content/style.html", for
instance).

I'd like to do something like:

http://www-staff.it.uts.edu.au/~spike/blosxom.cgi/2004/Sep/02

Where the title of the post becomes the <title> of the page...

Anyone know a way to do that?
