Huh?  I've had comments working for a while and I definitely have not
added anything directly to any entry file.

However, making a wild-ass guess here, I noticed that your path has
spaces in it.  Is it possible that the comments plugin doesn't like
that?  And putting the path in with quotes 'fixes' it?
