I've been trying to set up the registry.py plugin. I've run into a number of problems. First is, I can't get my setup to validate when executing pyblosxom.cgi directly. I set the three variables in my config.py. #registry py["registry_dir"] = "/arpa/hm/j/johnsu01/html/downloads/" py["registry_edit"] = 0 py["registry_default_flavour"] = "html" But when I run ./pyblosxom.cgi, I get FAIL!! as the response from registry.py, with no error explanation. The registry_dir exists and has the correct permissions. I created the templates in my datadir, though they are empty files at the moment. But for all of the template files named in the comments at the top of registry.py, template.html exists as an empty file with the correct permissions. I'm not sure, BTW, what these template files are supposed to look like inside. By "correct permissions" I mean the same permissions that are working for the rest of my site. Should the plugin validate? Any ideas what is wrong? This is still with 1.0; I haven't yet upgraded. -- -johnsu01 -http://www.wjsullivan.net -GPG Key: AE8600B6 ------------------------------------------------------- The SF.Net email is sponsored by: Beat the post-holiday blues Get a FREE limited edition SourceForge.net t-shirt from ThinkGeek.
