Ok. I don't need to have comments for the registry. I can probably figure out
from the code what variables should be in the templates.

I created a directory, "delicious" in "downloads". "downloads" is my registry
directory.

In /downloads/delicious, I created a file delicious.txt.

It contains:

delicious.el
#url None
#download http://wjsullivan.net/downloads/delicious/delicious.el
#author John Sullivan
A client, written in Emacs Lisp, for interacting with the social bookmark
server at http://del.icio.us.

When I visit either /myurl/pyblosxom.cgi/registry or
/myurl/pyblosxom.cgi/registry/delicious, I get a page with "That plugin does
not exist". That error message is shown in my typical story.html template.
