Hello, I'm emailing to see if you can point out the error of my ways. When I start the HermiT Reasoner, I get a "classnotfoundexception: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException" error, when the bio ( http://vocab.org/bio/0.1/.html) ontology is used.
