Hi,

I don't know the cause of your error and I'm not a Protege user, however I
am the maintainer of the ontology you are trying to use. One thing you might
try is to see if Protege is requesting the correct version of the ontology,
the URI you stated in your email is for the html version. The RDF/XML
version is at http://vocab.org/bio/0.1/.rdf

A program that understands content negotiation should get the XML version
when it tries to access http://vocab.org/bio/0.1/ but I'm not sure if
Protege does this or not.
