currently recruiting 3 User Experience Architects ranging from junior to

Junior IA

Requirements:

-          University degree or equivalent formal training in user
experience (HCI course etc);

-          12-18 months of employment/freelancing experience working on the
design of digital projects;

-          The ability to solve business problems as well as delivering high
quality, innovate and usable solutions.

Further details:

-          London based;

-          £27,000 salary with the capacity for performance related bonuses.

Mid weight IA

Requirements:

-          Proven track record working in a client facing role;

-          Ability to manage a project from start to finish;

-          Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and a command of your
area of expertise.

Further details:

-          London based;

-          £35,000+ salary with the capacity for performance related
bonuses.

Senior IA

Requirements:

-          Experience in leading multi discipline project teams through full
UCD methodologies from business development to live and ongoing maintenance
and support;

-          Worked across a wide range of markets (for example, telecoms,
client side, agency etc); 

-          Strategic thinker, idea generator, future thinker;

-          Strong leadership skill in order to guide a client towards their
goals.

-          London based;

-          £48,000+ salary with the capacity for performance related
