A fascinating opportunity has emerged for a User Experience Architect with a usability focus, to emerge themselves within an impressive globally recognised digital agency. My client is a highly reputable company renowned for high-quality user-experiences on complex projects for a number of first class global blue chip clients. Within this role you will need to harness strong Usability focused skills to collaborate with the Experience Design team to define your vision and execute the design. You will have much more control over providing solutions and nurturing smaller and medium projects through the project life cycle. But dont worry; you will also be contributing to larger projects under the leadership of the Senior UXs who happen to be some of the best in the business, which will be an amazing opportunity to refine your skills for future career progression. Major part of this role will be solving highly complex interactive problems with innovative design solutions. Important can think outside the box, offering rapid UX solutions to a number of different and challenging problems. Very important you can communicate your design solutions to a number of different stakeholders all with different knowledge of User Experience. Need to be a quick thinker, often working to tight deadlines. Fundamentally, you must really excel at usability as well as at least one of the other major areas of UX responsibility for example; rapid prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, content design, user research and analysis. Whilst you may not excel at all of these, ability to explain and demonstrate knowledge of these to a client will be extremely beneficial. Culture is very much a work hard, play hard vibe. Great benefits from bonuses, share options to the all important Friday beers. £50k-£60k London + Travel (Spend time on client site about 1 hour outside London.)
