A multiple award winning digital agency is looking for a Mid Weight UX
champion Designer with a background in research to work with a fantastic
diverse group of Clients.

Some of the most admirable and impressive previous projects have involved
helping charity organisations develop campaigns and IA/UX amendments to
facilitate the clients website user experience which, in one case, has
resulted in a traffic increase of 700 percent and online donations by 500
percent. However, their global client roster is equally impressive; they
have produced some of the most successful digital property for some of the
largest most well known companies in the world from leading beverage
companies to major British broadcasting organisations and British retailers.
Therefore, you will be working on projects that are highly variable in size
and complexity as well as mutli-channel; your experience in mobile and
applications will be vital.

The company on its own prides itself on their ability to produce outstanding
digital strategies as well as digital products with a large digital team
consisting of 16 ranging from designers, UX consultants to developers and
project managers. The current Head of UX is also very well respected within
the UX industry therefore you will have a chance to not only work in
cross-disciplinary teams but also have to opportunity for priceless
mentoring from some of the best in the business.

The role is a full UCD lifecycle position, experience in research to
creating compelling UX deliverables from sketching, user journeys to
developing high fidelity prototypes and wireframes is essential. If you have
a creative eye, or come from a design background then this is useful but not
essential. The role also will require significant amounts of confidence and
experience in pitching to clients, managing stakeholders and getting
involved in client workshops to sell your UX ideas.

As most great UX designers should know, in order to be great, your interest
and knowledge of the digital industry and its’ challenges should be a great
passion of yours. You should have at least 3 years experience with research,
user-centred design and an array of digital products. This should reflect
also in your portfolio which demonstrates your early-stage pieces to the
annotated wireframes and then to the final result.

Location; London

Salary; £40k

If you are a down to earth, confident individual who is seeking variety and
has the skills to manage the change and enjoy the challenges then please
send us your CV to [email protected]
