[Sigia-l] Senior UX Designer/Researcher - Bristol . £40k-£50k

Hey,
I'm currently looking for a fantastic UX consultant, experienced in User Research to help develop my clients UX offering.
The Role
Based in Bristol the role aims to focus primarily on research however they are looking for someone who is capable of owning the entire project from start to finish by taking this research and producing the relevant UX documentation to support it therefore you will be the clients' first port of call.
You will be conducting the necessary research through user testing, user interviews and accessibility. This can range from guerrilla interviews in the streets of Europe to simply user-testing in a controlled environment.
You will be responsible for teasing apart the relationship between the user and digital technologies in order to develop basic design tools such as wireframing in order to support your sketching concepts.
You will be given opportunities to mentor junior colleagues as well as gain experience in managing a team.
The Candidate
They are looking for a confident, proactive individual who has agency and client side experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have experience not only in research but also in producing UX deliverables such as scamping, wireframing and design.
The team currently consists of 20+ UX design professionals who maintain a friendly work environment so they are seeking personable people to add to this.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40-50k
