[Sigia-l] Head of User Experience for Global E Com merce Company. £80k - £100k

Global E Commerce Brand seeks Head of User Experience to champion, grow and manage their UX offering.
Client
Client is a world leader in providing a unique online ordering service to their customer. Seen over 200% growth in the last 5 years, transforming the company from a e commerce start up to a globally recognised e commerce brand.
The Role
You will be championing their UX offering, leading and running the show. Managing a team of 4 UX designers however looking to grow the team to 10 + in the next 18 months. You will be responsible for hiring, managing and growing the team, promoting UX within the organisation whilst ultimately producing world class User Experience across multiple cross platform solutions.
Exciting time to join, growing through major growth however also changing from a successful start up to a large global e commerce brand. You will concentrate on the end to end User Experience process making sure it excels on both desktop, mobile and tablet apps. Opportunity for you to own projects from beginning to end, get your hands dirty with UX whilst managing a growing team and the strategic output of UX throughout the organisation.
The Candidate
You will be a design focussed UXer, with management experience who in an ideal world will have worked in a start up and more corporate environment. Experience within e commerce and demonstrable knowledge of improving the UX of brands will be very helpful.
Important you can drive the UX across desktop, tablet and mobile and can show experience of this. Need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, often presenting to key board level stakeholders. Need to be creative thinker who can provide innovative solutions to key digital and UX problems.
Very important your passionate about UX and can really demonstrate this throughout the interview process.
