Synchronize not working?

Hi all, I have Sitecopy configured to update my personal website, among other things. This logs directory used to be excluded, but I've just changed it to ignored, so that I will get a local copy of the logs downloaded when I synchronize, and I can analyse them locally (in theory). However, sitecopy -s refuses to run: chris@gcc(boxi)$ sitecopy -s qwirx sitecopy: Synchronizing site `qwirx' (on ftp.qwirx.com in /html/) sitecopy: Nothing to do - no changes found. Surely it can't know whether there are remote changes without connecting to the server to find out? And it's lying - there are remote changes (new logs to download). Sitecopy 0.15.1, FTP mode.
