Ah, right, no - sitecopy 0.15.0 included a pre-release snapshot of neon 0.25.0, which had bugs in path escaping. Those bugs were not present in neon 0.24.x, nor in the final 0.25.0 release, which was bundled with sitecopy 0.15.1. So using sitecopy 0.15.1 with neon 0.24.x or with (bundled or not) neon 0.25.0 should be fine.
