UNIX sockets skunkweb how-to wiki request

I have searched the web, skunkweb mailing list archives
and wiki for a Newbie's Guide To Unix Sockets for Skunkweb
to no avail.  Would someone please be so kind as to add
a "Unix sockets how-to" to the wiki?
