SkunkWeb 3.4.2

Greetings, SkunkWeb user(s):

   I've just released SkunkWeb 3.4.2 ("Limburger").  The mvc services
have expanded a bit and behave better with scoping than they did
previously, and there is also a new "layout" service which provides
layout templates via new <:slot:> and <:calltemplate:> tags.
Documentation, you ask?  Eh, not presently.
