SkunkWeb on Win32

It had been rumored that SkunkWeb will run on win32 with the Cygwin toolkit. 
I can now positively confirm that this is so!  I'm successfully running a very
complex application (using an ODBC database connection) originally written
for Linux on SkunkWeb 3.4.0, Python 2.2.3 with Apache 2.something on a recent
(last 2 weeks) version of Cygwin.  There was no real porting effort required,
except for the ODBC stuff (which has nothing directly to do with SkunkWeb).
