Advisory Squid-2007:2 updated

There was some stability issues with the initial Squid-2 patch for
Squid-2007:2 and the advisory has now been updated with additional
information reflecting this.

Affected versions: has been changed to include 2.6.STABLE17.

Fixed in version: has been changed to 2.6.STABLE18 (was STABLE17).

Updated packages: Additional incremental Squid-2.6 patch linked
correcting the problem seen with the initial patch in 2.6.STABLE17.
