Squid 3.0.STABLE4 is available

The Squid HTTP Proxy team is pleased to announce the
availability of the Squid-3.0.STABLE4 release!

This release resolves several problems in the earlier STABLE 2 and 
STABLE3. Including a regression mishap. New and existing users upgrading 
are advised to upgrade straight to STABLE 4.
