I've never used the CGI, but I suspect the URl would be more like 
http://127.0.0.1/WebKit.cgi/blog or something. The /blog is defined in 
the webware configuration and doesn't exist in the file system. /WK is 
just what tells Apache to route the request through Webware instead of 
handling it directly.
