Title based URLs

I just added an initial change to handle more descriptive URLs for blog 
posts. I haven't changed the stylesheets to use it yet, but I will 
after some more testing. The old style URLs still work and that's 
really still the preferred way to manage data, the new style is just 
better for presentation to users.

Using the new scheme the URL I pasted above would become.

http://randomthoughts.vandorp.ca/syncato/WK/blog/XSL_site_assembly.item

This is a more bloxsom like URL with the title having spaces replaced 
with _ and real _ replaced  with \_. The .item is the stylesheet to 
use, if you wanted it to be .html you just have to rename the 
stylesheet, or better create a new one that extends item.xsl.

The one thing I'm worried about with this scheme is that titles now 
have to be unique. I'm not enforcing that yet, and I don't really like 
the idea but if you don't you'll end up with item pages that show all 
the items with the same title. Hmm, you know that actually could be 
useful now that I think about it a little more. For instance you could 
have a running series of posts that would all show up on the same page. 
i don't know. Useful or bug?

Actually, just tested that and it doesn't show more then one item like 
I expected. It should, guess that's a bug.
