Other changes

Tonight I also added some other changes that are fairly significant. In 
particular I rearranged the stylesheets to split them between user and 
system. The goal is to put everything required for a system upgrade 
under dist and all end user customizable pieces a level above that. So 
there's a new stylesheets directory that contains the basic styles that 
a user will want to customize. You can of course override anything in 
the system stylesheets from within user stylesheets so it still 
provides full customizability without having to worry about your 
changes being blown away.

The other major changes include the addition of spam blacklists for 
comments and trackbacks and a greatly improved admin interface that 
includes tools to manage comments and such. There's still a lot of work 
to do on that, but considering I originally had no plans to have an 
HTML interface it's coming along pretty well.

I haven't yet put any of this into production on my site and I probably 
won't until I have the new URL scheme fully integrated.
