benchmarck of UCD practices

I am planning to make a benchmarck of UCD practices in the industry via a
survey.

As far as I know, assessments of the effectiveness and maturity of HCI e HF
activities in the industry are surprisingly not frequent.
Some problems highlighted by recent studies show that most prominent obstacles
to UCD effectiveness are:

   * Lack of data on cost-effectiveness of UCD Design activities;
   * Lack of knowledge from HF and HCI professionals about Organizational,
     Practices, Prejudicial obstacles.

I have found a good publication from Vradenbourg and colleagues:

Could you please point me out some resources of this kind?
