Re: Work on integrating UCD into dev process

and as a less biased viewpoint :-) I can endorse this. I've read the book
and liked it a lot (reviewed for BCS HCI Interfaces, current issue). It's
very very practical and helpful. And it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
