Mike,

I am due to start work on something similar for my organisation and wondering if you heard from someone else.

If possible, I would like to know more about your document:
How you are organising the information?
Are there many sets of users (senior management, requirement gatherers, designers, developers) for this document? And how does the document address the mindset of each set of users?
Is this an awareness document? Or, a how-to document?
