Tom points out that the URL in his posting has become mangled. For those
of you using Microsoft Outlook you can fix problems like these by going
to the Edit menu for the open message and selecting "Edit Message". Then
delete the line breaks until the URL is on one line and then select
File->Save (that way it will be fixed forever).
Otherwise, here goes another attempt at getting the whole thing on one
line:

(If this too is broken over multiple lines the attempt has failed!)
