LIST ADMIN: Replies to list and digest mode

Those of you who are familiar with Listserv lists may be used to "reply"
going to individuals by default and "reply all" going to the individual
plus the whole list. With ListManager (our new software), "reply" and
"reply all" both go to the list. So be careful that you do not send
someone a reply thinking that you are writing just to them - you will be
writing to the whole list!

If you were on the original UCUML or UCD lists in digest mode (a daily
summary of all postings rather than each individually) you will have
noticed that this setting was not transferred to the new list. I am
sorry that this was not possible, but it is easy to remedy: send an
email to mailto:[email protected] with the following line as
the content (the subject line is ignored)

set ucd digest

Be sure to send this from the email address that is subscribed
(mentioned at the bottom of the postings).
