Half-Day Card Sorting Workshop ------------------------------ 17 Jan 2006, Central London Following two very popular presentations on card sorting at the UK UPA and the South West Usability Group earlier this year, we have organized a half-day card sorting workshop in central London (Oxford Circus) on 17 January 2006 in collaboration with the UK UPA and the British HCI Group. Participants will gain first-hand experience of conducting and analyzing both open and closed card sorts. While the workshop makes use of innovative tools and techniques we have developed for card sorting, many of the principles are applicable to other approaches. The cost of the workshop is £195 (+ VAT). Free Cluster-Analysis Software ------------------------------ We will need to ask some participants to bring Windows XP laptops to the workshop. Those who are asked and are able will receive a free license for our SynCaps cluster analysis software. Participants will be asked in the order bookings are received, so don't delay!
