Just a few clarifying points regarding the UCD list:

- This isn't a list for usability professionals. It's a list for people
interested in user-centred design, including those who may not know much
about it. We might need to allow the odd innocent remark.

I don't think you have the right list. You're welcome to examine the
archives at http://lists.syntagm.co.uk/archives/ucd.html, but we have
had mostly knowledge-sharing discussions.

I don't really see Anu's note about the site not working in his browser
as narrow-minded criticism, just a passing comment. Still, you're right
that a constructive critique might have been better. I'm not sure that
we should ask list members to keep this to themselves, though. As
moderator I would not allow a personal attack on another list member,
but this really isn't in the same league.
