help for adding javascript in viewml

I want to add javascript support to viewml, any kind of advice is appreciated. 

It seems that part of viewml is from kde's konqueror browser, but I am not clear about the effect of viewml's source code in jscript directory. These source code seems odd and I doubt if viewml can support minimal javascript just as it is said on webpage.
