"if you're not using any hack" is not real world applicable. Even moving people to CSS etc, hacks will still be used. I believe the hack that failed in my mentioned example was the box hack too, which is widely used because of the bad implementation of the box model. If you want people to move over, you have to allow for this. Again, remember the people we are up against. Many of them will fight tooth and nail, it has to make COMMERCIAL sense to them. We can make a great case, but unless if applies to their bottom line in some way, its going to be rough. This gets back to the whole transitional thing. Rushing in like a bull with an "all or nothing" message gets us nothing.
