yes, I'm feeling a bit lost... can't wait to get down to the smaller groups 
and get weaving...

I'd say people have had quite a while to nominate others or themseleves... one 
last day then go for it.

I'd go with six months. Give them some time to get to know each other and 
really get in there.

hmmm... three is fine for me, but then I'm kinda unemployed. I expect the 
working lot might like a bit more time. Four days?
