[MACCAWS] Legals and sponsorship - the Finance position

Here's a legal thing that we've touched on but not defined (and I think it 
needs defining)

Suppose that we're offered sponsorship - and we can't afford to turn it 
down because we have publishing and marketing costs or travel for someone 
to appear somewhere. Under what terms should it be accepted so as not to 
compromise the integrity and independence of the groups

This is the sort of thing that I mean when I say that someone ought to look 
after the legal angle - before it starts to get painful, if only to produce 
a document that covers what we want to say/do. And again - I do not have 
the skills to volunteer.
