Sorry, Kevin. Guess we all know that but this is a brain storm,
kinda loose discussion, some details may scape our attention.
The documents will be revised so that kind of error don't show
up. It's really confusing to people and using proper terminology
sometimes is overlooked.

See, I work every day with people that say HTML is a programming
language, border is a "tag" for table, etc. Even in our resumes
we *need* to put HTML, XHTML and so forth in the "programming
experience" because everyone, except developers, think they are
programming languages. You just get used to it, sadly.

A *lot* of times, people ask me: "Are you an HTML programmer?"
and I'd say: "Yes." Most of the contracts I get, the management
people ask me if I know cutting edge technology like "CSS
programming and XML programming". If I stop an interview to
explain the differences, I'd loose the contract.

Sad, but my online resume has CSS, XML in the same place as Perl,
C++, Delphi... :(
