... based on the premise that there are occassions where users
do not have a choice about what browsers they are allowed to use.

Can this survey be general enough so that it can be used for
surveying SOE's too ? For example, it would be good to know things 
like what version of Acrobat Reader are being used (and so the 
accessibility features in version 5 can truly be exploited).
